Watermelon Radish Stirfry

4 cups cooked rice
1-2 Peeled and sliced watermelon radishes
1 sliced bell pepper
1 green garlic thinly sliced
1 green onion thinly sliced
1 small cooking onion minced
1/2 cup peanuts
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking out

1. Heat oil in the pan, then add white bottoms of green garlic, green onion, and the cooking onion, cook 1 minute.
2. Add watermelon radish, bell pepper, and peanuts; season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Cook until desired tenderness is reached.
3. Serve with green onion and garlic tops.

We are looking for two candidates to begin in June. Tasks include planting, weeding, harvesting, washing and packing vegetables. The ideal candidate is able to kneel, bend, and do moderate physical labour (be able to lift 40lbs). Other tasks might include: farm market sales, greenhouse building, driving a tractor, mowing grass and setting up irrigation.

This job is funded in part by Canada Summer Jobs and applicants must be between the ages of 15-30 and Canadian citizens.
