Rainy River Elk Company Retired in 2022. We were a family-owned elk farm business operating in North-Western Ontario. Currently the farm has about 130 head of elk.

Based in NorthWestern Ontario, Rainy River Elk Company was established in 1995 by Dr William R Darby and Deb Cornell, and daughters Laura and Shannon. RRELK specializes in meat products, leather and antler goods, giftware, velvet antler and breeding stock sales. RRELK is actively involved in the growing industry of local foods. oducts that can enrich your dining experience. Elk meat is a dark red meat, and quite lean. Since it is farm-raised, the meat does not have the "gamey" taste associated with hunting. We sell a variety of smoked products, frozen cuts, frozen sausages, and meat pies. We also offer leather mitts, rawhides, elk antler mounts, elk antler pens and jewellery, and much more!
