We’re excited to now carry stone milled flour and wheat berries from Alberta Golden Grains, a small family-owned farm located east of Raymond, Alberta.
Their flour is produced using traditional stone milling, a method that keeps the grain cool while preserving the natural nutrients, flavor, and texture of the whole grain. Each batch includes the bran, germ, and endosperm, giving you wholesome flour that performs beautifully in baking.
What makes this flour special?

Please note we only have the Hard White Spring Wheat available at this time. All flour is 3 months shelf stable or 1 year in the freezer. The bags are resealable which is perfect for freezer use!
