I just love our pre made meatballs. They are so handy to just pull out of the freezer for a quick meal. We use them for every from soup to stroganoff to sub sandwiches.

Feeling excited! Today is the day we get to surprise our Pheasant obsessed 8 year old with his very own flock of Pheasants. ☺️he has no idea and thinks mom was just setting up another coop for more chickens. Won’t he be over the moon when he gets home from school to find out he has been promoted to Pheasant Farmer 👨‍🌾

~Sunday Night Dinner~

Hamburger Cordon Bleu

Not sure where this came from but it was a regular meal for us growing up. Seasoned Ground Beef then rolled out flat and stuffed with ham and mozzarella cheese. Once cooked sliced and served with Homemade Hollandaise sauce. Curious if anyone else has had this?
