Live - roots still attached- curly red & green and romaine lettuce from our garden daily.
No Spray. Tastes like Spring! Asparagus still beautiful. Strawberries coming along nicely 🍓😁 but not enough for picking yet.

Asparagus is still beautiful and coming on strong. We will be harvesting till mid -June. Heavy frost last week damaged some strawberry blossoms - but we managed to cover about 3 acres of the strongest blossom areas and they look amazing. We will likely see early berries by mid-June. We are cutting fresh lettuce daily and have beautiful local hydroponic tomatoes, peppers, rhubarb, sourdough bread, fresh eggs, home-baking.
