We have neighbours again! We're very pleased to welcome Gabriola Chiropractic as our new neighbour, in our old space. It's really wild to see the transformation...

Personally i'm really thrilled; i'd always envisioned a bit of a health and healing hub and with Gabriola Fitness below we have some great things going on in in this little corner of the island! i was hopeful when i heard that Chad was checking out the space and over the moon when it became a reality.

i knew this day would come sometime as soon as she started her course. i didn't know when that time would be but started to get a sense a while back that it might be soon... Many of you know Moe as a yoga teacher but she has also been running an acupuncture practice. After 9 years working here, Moe is leaving Nature Spirit to focus on her growing practice. Personally it is so lovely to see (having experienced treatments first hand!) but also a hard one in that she has been just such a wonderful person to get to know and work with. i will forever be grateful for our time together here and want to thank her for all she's done for the store. i know though that she is filling a need in the community and can't recommend her enough.
