Our Story
This organic vegetable farm was founded by Bob Shields and Rosheen Holland in 1996. As of 2020 the farm and farm stand is run by Graham Bradley, along with the many friends and family that help and work there.
We are now collaborating with the Gabriola Food Hub and are selling weekly food boxes. We also go to the local farmers market and open our farm stand on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the season
In the beginning of 2016 we started to provide our local grocery store ‘Nesters’ on Gabriola Island as well as a few restaurants.
We believe that if you take care of and feed the earth then the earth will feed the plants and the plants will take care of and feed us .We are making a difference we are part of the change of sustainability and localization .
