Weā€™re reopening our bakery šŸŽ‰

After 16 months, weā€™re finally ready to welcome you back. As many of you know, our bakery was forced to close after our main oven exploded. Thankfully no one was hurt, but the damageā€”and the rebuildā€”took much longer than we ever expected.

The good news? Weā€™re coming back better than ever.

āœØ New 5-deck electric oven for better quality and consistency
āœØ New dough sheeter
āœØ New donut fryer (apple fritters included šŸ˜‰)
āœØ Full-service counter

This next chapter is about more than just breadā€”weā€™re excited to create, innovate, and help train the next generation of bakers on the Coast.
