Made in Quebec by Fromagerie Médard, this little wheel is a washed-rind cow’s milk cheese with a rich, creamy texture and gentle notes of butter, forest floor and wood. The spruce band around the outside isn’t just pretty: it helps shape the cheese and contributes to those subtle woody aromas.

And visually? Gorgeous on a cheese board. We have 5 only.
