Shawn here, it's been quite a while.
I've been working at Chartwell Southwind Retirement Residence so that's kept me busy. Speaking of which, we will be having a Christmas Vendor Market at our residence on December 5 from 2-4pm and we're looking for makers. Hey Friends! I know we've been pretty quiet this year, it's been a tough year to say the least.
It continues to be a tough year as we regret to announce that we won't be doing a Haunted Market this year. We had every intention of it but unfortunately we haven't been able to come to agreeable terms with the venue and with things getting so close (less than 2 months away) it doesn't feel like the right decision to try to rush things to find another venue.
On a more personal note (Shawn speaking) it's been hard to find the surplus energy to move ahead with fighting through venue negotiations and planning while also trying to work on rebuilding the life situation, and as we all know we can't pour from an empty cup.
With that said, we have every intention of taking this time to rebuild personally so we can come back stronger with something super cool for next year. This isn't the end of things for us by any means, we just need to take time to reassess and find some great partnerships that align with our goals and our intentions.
Our hearts are broken to say this but we must do what we feel is best.
We hope you can find it in your hearts to understand and continue to support us in the next endeavor.
This isn't the last of us.

Our hearts are broken to have to announce this but due to complications with the new ownership/management of the Northbury Hotel and the changes that have been made we have made the tough decision to cancel the Mother's Day Market this year.
We intend to bring you wonderful events in the future but sadly we have to call this one off.

Thank you so much to everyone who applied to our second annual Mother's Day Market. We genuinely wish we could select everyone, but with only 30 spots to give away and over 45 applicants, we'll have to make some decisions. This is the part we hate. We will have our list of 30 ready by the 31st of March so stay tuned for the announcement. Thank you again for all the Love and Support and all the applications.
We can't wait to see you all again!

Happy Friday!!

Shawn Bailey - Realtor and I are pleased to announce our it 2nd annual Mother’s Day Makers Market happening May 12th at the Northbury Hotel in Sudbury.

We are opening up applications today!!!

Please note the following timelines:
- All applications must be in March 21st 2024
- Selections will be made and vendors will be invited by March 31st
- Door prize and vendor fee of $30 cash must be in by April 12th (dropped off at the Coldwell Banker office or pickup/drop off coordinated with Shawn or myself)
- Show is Sunday, May 12th from 11am-4pm
**This will give us 4 weeks to promote the event and door prize(s) - we did get feedback from the winner of last years prize to create a couple smaller prizes so we may end up doing 2-3 prize packs.

We look forward to seeing all the amazing things you have been working on.
