WELL Preserved Handcrafted Condiments & Jellies - All Hands In. Well Preserved was established in 2018 by the All Hands In Partnership. At All Hands In, every jar tells a story of hard work, pride, and possibility.

Products are made of Niagara’s fresh local produce by the people of Inclusion West Niagara Our small-batch jams, jellies, and salsas are lovingly made by a team of ten talented people with developmental disabilities with the support of Inclusion West Lincoln. Each recipe is prepared with care, labelled with pride, and sealed with purpose. What began as a simple idea — to create something meaningfu

l and delicious — has grown into a business built on inclusion, teamwork, and community spirit. Every purchase supports meaningful employment and celebrates the abilities of our makers. Another easy meal idea in a pinch!

We brushed on some of our Flavour Fusion sauce on salmon, and then blended some garlic and herb croutons with some butter to create a delicious crispy crust and then baked it.

This week the Well Preserved team visited the zoo as a team building activity!

Team building isn’t about being the most professional in the group, it’s about creating a space for people to connect, be themselves and grow together.

When a team takes the time to learn about each other beyond titles and tasks, trust gets stronger, communication gets easier and collaboration becomes natural.
