Our brand new Bakewell Tart is here — buttery shortcrust pastry layered with raspberry jam, rich almond frangipane, and topped with sliced almonds.
It tastes every bit as good as it looks. Treat Mum… or treat yourself, we won’t judge 😉

Exciting news at The Marketplace 🙌

Here’s a little more of the exciting news we’ve been hinting at…
As many of you already know, I’ll be taking on a bigger role within The Market Place alongside Farm Gate. There’s a LOT happening behind the scenes right now, and over the next few weeks you’ll start to see those changes come to life in store.
Starting tomorrow, we welcome a huge part of that next chapter — Dakota is joining The Market Place team as our full-time baker.
We couldn’t be more excited for what this means, and I know so many of you have been patiently waiting for the bakery to make its return… and it’s finally happening.
We will officially be offering a selection of sourdough breads again starting Monday… but if you’re passing by on Saturday, it might be worth popping in — we’re expecting to have some bread and a few other goodies available 👀
This is just the beginning — lots more to come!
