We’re still smiling after Saturday’s Grand Opening.

To everyone who stopped by, brought friends and family, or made a special trip to visit us at The Olive Experience, thank you. We were truly blown away by the turnout and so grateful for all the support.

It was such a pleasure meeting so many of you, sharing samples, talking pairings, and hearing what products you were excited to take home. We hope you had as much fun as we did.

These cannolis are creamy, bright, and not too sweet, made with our Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar for an extra layer of blueberry flavour. Perfect with coffee or for bringing out at the end of dinner.

Bold, vibrant, and beautifully complex, our Peruvian Coratina is an early-harvest extra virgin olive oil known for its robust character and peppery finish.

On the palate, expect fresh Granny Smith apple, sweet anise, herbaceous spice, and a balanced bitterness that gives this EVOO its signature depth. Coratina olives are especially prized for their naturally high polyphenol content and intense flavour profile.
