Shire to Shore Community Market returns for the first market of the summer season on Sunday June 7th from 11:00 to 2:00 downstairs at Cast Away Cafe and outside along the waterfront.

We’re excited to welcome back some amazing local farmers, food producers and artisans for another season of community markets by the shore.

And for our first market of the year Muddy Puddle Goat Farm will be bringing out the goats 🐐

Come wander the market, meet local makers and producers, grab some lunch or a coffee and enjoy a Sunday at the waterfront.

🧺🔎 One More Treasure Hunt Before The Summer Farmer & Craft Market Starts Sunday June 7th

Tomorrow is the final Shire to Shore Community Flea Market until the fall and you never know what you might find tucked away on a table downstairs at Cast Away Cafe & Pub.

Old records, handmade items, books, tools, dishes, collectibles, odd little treasures and the kind of stuff you didn’t know you needed until you saw it. The best flea markets are a little bit shopping and a little bit treasure hunting.

Vendors are getting set up for the 11am opening. Items range from art supplies, vintage records, jewelry, deco wreaths and Artisan Sourdough bread, with more items being unpacked!

The Shire to Shore Flea Market is back this Saturday, 11:00 to 3:00, and it’s shaping up to be a full house with all tables nearly booked.

Come take a wander see what catches your eye you might find a hidden treasure that gadget you have been looking for or maybe even your new favourite sweater. You never really know what you’ll come across and that’s half the fun.

We’ve also lined up some free music for the afternoon to close out the market. From 2:00 to 3:00 head upstairs to the Cast Away Cafe for live music with Julie Marie Murphy. Then, as the market wraps up, things roll right into the Musician’s Corner Jam & Hang from 3:00 to 5:00 downstairs in the pub, with more free music

Only 2 more Flea markets left until our weekly summer Community Market begins again in June!

Join us on April 11th to look through a varied selection of flea market items from a new group of vendors. All tables for this market are reserved, so we are expecting a full house!

Shire to Shore Community Market Info Night

We’re getting ready for the upcoming season and wanted to open the door for anyone who’s interested in being part of it.

Join us downstairs at Cast Away Cafe on Wednesday, April 29th from 2:30 to 4:30.

We’ll talk about what’s coming this summer, share a few of the things we’ve been working on, and answer any questions along the way.

This is open to current vendors, new vendors, customers, or anyone curious about the market. No pressure to commit to anything, just a chance to connect and hear what’s happening.

Snacks and drinks will be out.

All the vendor tables have now been fully reserved, so the room will be packed with a great mix of items everything from tools and books to vintage finds, handmade pieces, kitchen gadgets, and a few surprises.

If you enjoy a good treasure hunt, this is the kind of market where you never quite know what you’ll find.

🛍️ SPRING CLEAN-OUT FLEA MARKET 🛍️

Winter’s been long… and let’s be honest, the “I’ll deal with that later” pile has grown.

Here’s your excuse to finally tackle it.

Dig into the closets. Check the garage. Peek in the barn loft. Open those kitchen cupboards. If it’s been sitting there since December, it might be someone else’s treasure.

Turn those extra tools, books, vintage pieces, handmade goods, kitchen gadgets, and random finds into a little extra cash maybe enough to start the jar for that summer road trip, outdoor adventure, or festival weekend you’ve been thinking about.

The Flea Market is happening downstairs at Cast Away Café and the space is fully accessible and friendly for everyone.

We still have a few tables up for grabs.
