Cavicchi’s Meats is a family run business that wholesales gluten free sausage and corned meats from the South Shore to HRM, Dartmouth and surrounding areas. In Spring 2017 the family plans to open a storefront in St. Margaret’s Bay where you will be able to purchase their time-tested items plus much more! Stay tuned for progress on the shop and updates on new products!

Our local frozen from fresh back ribs are fully stocked & a family favourite. Grab these babies and elevate them with Gloria’s BBQ Sauce, our irresistible house-made magic BBQ sauce!

EASY Beginner-Friendly Cooking Instructions:
1. Thawing:
- Fridge: Leave overnight.
- Quick Thaw: Submerge in cold water for 1-2 hours.
2. Turn on your favorite playlist!
3. Cooking:
- Preheat Oven: 300°F (150°C).
- Season: Pat really dry, then season liberally with salt and pepper.
- Wrap in Foil: Place on a baking sheet and cover tightly.
- Bake: Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Add the Sauce: Unwrap, brush with Gloria’s BBQ Sauce, and bake for another 20-30 minutes without the foil.
