EASY Beginner-Friendly Cooking Instructions:
1. Thawing:
- Fridge: Leave overnight.
- Quick Thaw: Submerge in cold water for 1-2 hours.
2. Turn on your favorite playlist!
3. Cooking:
- Preheat Oven: 300°F (150°C).
- Season: Pat really dry, then season liberally with salt and pepper.
- Wrap in Foil: Place on a baking sheet and cover tightly.
- Bake: Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Add the Sauce: Unwrap, brush with Gloria’s BBQ Sauce, and bake for another 20-30 minutes without the foil.
