A sure sign that summer is coming? Our pasta salad is back.

Packed with chicken, bell peppers, onions, and a smoked paprika garlic mayo, it’s one of those dishes that disappears quickly once the warm weather arrives.

The skies may be grey today, but we’re already looking ahead to market mornings, picnic lunches, and all the good things that come with the season.

✨NEW SAUCE ALERT✨

Coming this Saturday to the our new tomato based sauce: Puttanesca!

A tomato base with olives, capers, garlic, anchovies and chilli. A not so spicy version of this famous sauce, full of big flavors that goes well with many pasta shapes!

Quantities are limited so come early if you want to try this beauty!

I was so close to selling out today and I have no words to thank you guys!
It still baffles me when you pay complements to my recipes, and my products, that you keep coming back week after week and that some of you come to the market because of my food!
I am so grateful that I ended up at the with so many incredible customers!

It’s not possible for me not to think about pasta!

I learned how to make pasta with my grandmother, when I was only 15! It was my favorite thing to do, and it still is my favorite thing to do! So it’s more than natural for me to think about it every single day!

I do research, I look up new flavors, I try to bring a little bit of the classic and add a little twist to it, so many options that I get dizzy sometimes! And in the end we have something beautiful with the food all of you keep coming back for! Is a wild and fun ride!
