Mmmm come by tomorrow and check out these non-cow cheeses from Quebec ... trèizieme Appoitre is a very unique aged goat cheese made with raw milk. Zacharie Cloutier is a beautiful, creamy hard raw sheep cheese, a little sweet with Gruyere notes. We sample our cut cheeses so you can try before you buy.

Despite the solstice snow, we forge on! We are getting ready for you and the tomorrow. If you can't make it to the market, consider making an online order and we will get it you! We will also likely linger at the market and be prepared for a late start for most shoppers.

The first 🔥🔥🔥 of 2023! We pre-fired the oven today ahead of our first bake of the new year.

Tomorrow we will be making breads, snacks, sweets and one final batch of **double marzipan** sourdough stollen.

This batch will use up the end of a 13 kg block of marzipan we started cutting from in November and of our house-made candied lemon and orange peel.

Come find our goods this *Saturday* in Halifax at the from 8-1 and fresh bread and scones at the .warehouse.market (open at 9 am).

We have a small selection of cheese today due to supply shortages and shipping issues. The cheese we do have are delicious but few, come by early for the best selection!
