🧑‍🍳 Guacamole Sunset Style
• 3 or 4 ripe avocados
• 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
• 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
• 1-2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 2 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
• 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
• Red pepper flakes - optional
Place avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork, add all other ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.

🧑‍🍳 Baked Potatoes with Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce
• 4-5 medium russet potatoes
• 2 tsp. olive oil
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. pepper
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
• ¼ cup Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Rub potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and place on a preheated BBQ on high heat. Bake 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Open potatoes and top with remaining ingredients.

🧑‍🍳 Boneless Pork Chops
• 6 boneless pork chops
• 1 Tbsp. Polynesian Pineapple Rub & Seasoning
• 1/3 cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
Season pork with Polynesian Pineapple Rub & Seasoning, place in a sealable dish or large zip lock bag. Refrigerate for several hours. Remove from fridge and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes prior to grilling. Place on preheated grill for 20 minutes (8 to 10 min per side). Brush with sauce in the last 5 minutes of grilling time.

🌭 Hot-diggity-dog! Today is National Hot Dog Day! 🎉 What better way to celebrate than with delicious grilled peppers paired with your favorite smokies or hot dogs? Here’s a simple recipe for Grilled Peppers to elevate your hot dog experience:

🧑‍🍳 Grilled Peppers
• yellow, red, orange and green peppers
• olive oil
• Sunset Seasoned Salt
• Brown Sugar Chili Rub & Seasoning
Heat a grill to medium-high. Core and quarter the peppers or grill smaller peppers whole. Brush skin side with olive oil, place the peppers on the grill skin-side down, cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove skin, if you like. Sprinkle with your favourite Sunset Seasoning and serve hot on their own or add to your favourite dish.

😋 BABY BACK RIBS
• 2-3 racks baby back pork ribs
• 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• 2 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
• 2 Tbsp. Polynesian Pineapple Rub & Seasoning
• Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
Rinse and dry the ribs; trim extra bits of fat and tissue. Remove the membrane covering the concave, inner side of each rack. Place ribs on 2-3 large sheets of foil rub with oil and sprinkle both sides with seasonings. Wrap tightly and place on a low heat grill. Grill for 2 hours until very tender. Turn up the heat and remove ribs from the foil pack. Place the ribs directly on the grill and brush with the desired amount of Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce, grill for another 10-15 minutes.
