Mancini’s Honey dates back to 1958 when Carmen Mancini, the family patriarch, delved into caring for bees by maintaining multiple hives in his native homeland of Italy. Together they strive to produce the purest of honey, unpasteurized, and all in the local area. The bees keep residence in 4 different apitiaries in the Mount Hope, Hamilton Mountain, Ancaster and Burlington areas. These hives polli

nate the local farms and landscape procuring multiple nectars to bring to you a variety of honeys graded A in the province of Ontario. Alfalfa, clover, wildflower, and various local crops give the original sweet taste to the many varieties of honey such as our white, gold, amber, and dark honeys. With the utmost of dedication and personal care, and the aim of catering to our clientele, Mancini’s Honey has grown to new heights and is sold in local businesses such as Sweet Paradise Bakery, Zarky’s, and Farm Fresh Country Market.
