Join us on Saturday for a collab PorCATta hotdog with .hamont, all in support of . It is their feature hotdog for our 5k fun run as part of Jamie’s every day in May challenge.

The PorCATta breakdown:
- sliced porchetta
- provolone
- salsa verde
- chili mayo
- pickled red onion
- chicharron for crunch

The fun run starts at 3pm and the start and finish is at Wildcat (353 Barton E). Entry is $20 and all proceeds will be donated to the McMaster Children’s Hospital. Your entry includes:
- complimentary post-run beverage ()
- complimentary post-run hot dog

Not a runner? No problem!
You can join us at Wildcat anyways and enter a raffle to show your support.

New sausage alert!

We are introducing a bbq pork sausage to our case this week and we are pretty excited about it. This bbq pork sausage uses our own bbq sauce and steak spice, along with cheddar, green onions, and cowboy candy from . If you want to know what Cowboy Candy is, come by the shop and we will show you.

Wine + pâté en croûte!

We just dropped off a pâté en croûte to our friends in St. Catharines. You can enjoy some for yourself from their bakery if you happen to be in the area.

This gorgeous feast for the eyes and palate features:
