Huge congratulations to Mike on earning 3rd place at the BC’s Best Butcher Competition! We’re incredibly lucky to have Mike not only as our boss, but as someone so many of us have had the privilege to learn from over the years. His knowledge, passion, and dedication to the craft have helped shape our team and continue to inspire us every day.

Two of our butchers, Mike & Josh are heading to compete in BC’s Best Butcher Competition on Saturday, May 23rd at the TRU Culinary Arts Building.

The competition kicks off at 10 AM, with 18 competitors battling it out for the top spot. The top 3 competitors will advance to the Black Box Round, where one butcher will be awarded this year’s BC’s Best Butcher title.
