Meet Tipsy from Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese made in Woodstock, Ontario. This creamy, semi-soft buttery cow’s-milk cheese takes a four-day soak in Cabernet Merlot (from a local winery), then aged for about 3 months.

Smooth, savoury with a deep burgundy rind. A real stunner on your next cheese board!
