BLUE STILTON
Stilton is a famous English blue cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk, known for its rich, complex flavour and crumbly yet creamy texture with striking blue veins.
It has a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), meaning it can only be made in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire, England, using milk from those counties. This big blue deserves a big red and is also lovely crumbled on an arugula salad with pear and walnuts.
