We’re thrilled to be heading to our first garlic festival of the season in beautiful Perth, Ontario! We can’t wait to meet fellow garlic lovers, share our passion for Ontario-grown hardneck garlic, and introduce you to our handcrafted black garlic products, seasonings, and more.

🧄 And that’s a wrap! The 2026 garlic harvest is officially complete! 🌾

Every bulb has now been safely harvested—through heat, rain, and even thunderstorms—then carefully trimmed and inspected. We’re proud to say another crop of premium Ontario hardneck garlic is in from the field!

Now comes the final step—curing. Over the next couple of weeks, our garlic will rest under circulating fans, allowing the bulbs to cure properly for maximum flavour, quality, and storage life.

Soon, these beautiful bulbs will be ready to head home with you!

The garlic fields are producing one of the most anticipated harvests of the season — fresh Ontario-grown garlic scapes!

These tender, curly flower stalks are packed with mild garlic flavour and are perfect for:
