Meet Our Team – Lynn Heroux

With 27 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Lynn brings skill, intuition, and a whole lot of personality to every treatment.

A true free spirit, Lynn is known for her joyful energy, great sense of fun, and genuine love for helping others. She believes that every client deserves to feel cared for, supported, and completely at ease.

One of Lynn's greatest gifts as a therapist is her ability to help people relax on a level they never thought possible. While she's fun and energetic outside the treatment room, she has an incredible ability to create an experience that allows clients to let go, unwind, and reconnect with themselves.

Lynn understands that therapeutic results don't always require deep pressure. Through her intuitive approach and skilled touch, she helps clients achieve meaningful results while creating a deeply relaxing experience.

Passionate about learning, Lynn is always exploring new courses, techniques, and innovative tools to enhance the care she provides. Whether she's learning something new or trying the latest wellness technology, she's constantly looking for ways to elevate her treatments and help clients feel their best.

Meet Our Team – Melissa Wrobel

Melissa is the owner of Wrobel Massage Therapy and has spent nearly 30 years helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love.

Having experienced her own challenges with pain and recovery, Melissa understands how frustrating it can be when your body isn't cooperating. That perspective continues to shape the way she approaches treatment and supports her clients.

While Melissa is not currently accepting new clients, she has built an outstanding team of highly skilled Registered Massage Therapists who are dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Melissa is passionate about creating a clinic where people feel welcomed, supported, and understood, while building a team of practitioners who genuinely care about helping others.

Her favourite part of being a massage therapist is seeing clients regain confidence in what their bodies can do. It's a profession she has been proud to be a part of and continues to love nearly 30 years later.

When she's not in the clinic, you'll often find her working on community projects, supporting local initiatives, or dreaming up new ideas for the clinic.

🍇 A real healthy balsamic vinegar will not contain high fructose corn syrup. That form of sugar is the worst kind to ingest! You will never find that sugar or carmel colouring added to our balsamics. Only barrel aged for 18 years and no artificial flavouring using the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy 😍

To make it thicker all you have to do is heat the balsamic up for a few minutes and it will be reduced into a thick glaze with no added ingredients.
