We're down to the final four markets of our season together at the Rec Centre. It's been such a joy being with you all every Wednesday!

Swing by for dinner this evening with Tide & Table Food Truck then pick up your weekly groceries, try something new and tasty, then hang with new and old friends. This is what the market is alllllll about: good food, local goods, and increasing community connections.

A new vendor, Nourishing Circles Food Collective, will join us next week with their Nova Scotia small batch products that include salad dressings, marinades, preserves, soudough starter, and a wild blue berry line!

Today's the day!

We pride ourselves on now being an integral part of our community and our communities food system. Locally sourced and distributed food and goods will be the way of the future if you want fresh, nutrient dense, seasonally appropriate, and DELICIOUS food. We just have to keep supporting each other in this way. It's easy when our neighbours are so talented!

Live music is lined up with David McIntyre and we've got a new food truck CHULA VISTA Street Food joining us to introduce themselves to our Lake Echo community.
