We are so honoured to be featured again in Canadian Antiques & Vintage Magazine!

Our incredible vendors work so hard all year, curating the best vintage and antiques and getting prepared for our markets - it’s so nice to see all of their hard work highlighted!

Driving Directions🍂
Estate 248 address: 3834 248 St, Langley

From Highway 1 Westbound:
Take the 264th Street exit at the light, turn right onto 264th Street heading south over the overpass. Take a right on Fraser highway and then right onto 248th street. The Poppy Golf Course / Estate 248 entrance is on the right hand side.

From Highway 1 East Bound:
Take the 232nd street exit south. Stay on 232nd street heading south and turn left on Fraser highway and then turn left again onto 248th street. The Poppy Golf Course / Estate 248 entrance is on the right hand side.

From The Tri-Cities Area:
After coming over the Golden Ears Bridge, you will take highway 1 eastbound. Next you will take the 232nd street exit south. Stay on 232nd street and turn left on Fraser highway and then turn left again onto 248th street. The Poppy Golf Course / Estate 248 entrance is on the right hand side.

We are just a few days away from the Vintage Harvest Sale at - our vendors are getting ready to pack the barns with all things vintage & handmade for the holidays!

Shopping Tips & Tricks🍂
Here are some shopping tips & market info for this weekend that you may find useful!

Parking:
FREE parking on-site.

Tickets:
Entrance is $5 and tickets can be purchased at the front gate when you arrive or on our website.

Venue:
The market is located in the barns and large event tent at - you are in the elements when walking from building to building - please dress for the weather. There will be heaters in each vendor area and all vendors are undercover.

Payments:
Some vendors will be set up to take card payments but some are not. It is best to always make sure you have cash on hand. There is no ATM on site.

Washrooms:
Washrooms will be located near the main entrance

Shopping:
It is best to bring your own re-useable bags and we suggest bringing a cart or wagon to make transporting your new finds easier!

Large item pick up:
Large item pick up will be in a designated area. We will have helpers that will be available to move your items to this area and assist with loading to make shopping as easy as possible for you!

Dogs:
Dogs are welcome - just please keep them on a leash.
