Last night’s dinner… and it did not disappoint!

A perfectly grilled flank steak, marinated for amazing flavor and tenderness. Simple ingredients, incredible taste.

Marinade:
• 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp lime (or lemon) juice
• 2 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 Tbsp crushed garlic
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper

Whisk everything together, marinate the flank steak, grill to your preferred doneness, and slice against the grain for the best tenderness.

Safe to say… dinner last night was pretty delicious! 😋
