We are delighted to be kicking off African Heritage Month with a pop up this coming Sunday!
Chef Saeed is a student at NSCC - COGS who approached us recently with some amazing marinades he has been making. While we were helping him look at ways of producing his marinades in commercial kitchens, we began to brainstorm about a pop up meal that would showcase these fantastic marinades.
We think you are going to love these flavours!

Saeed is keen to BBQ for y'all but we've convinced him that cooking inside might be wise for this round and we will plan some outdoor grilling for the warmer months. In the meantime, join us on Sunday for some fantastic food!

Saeed will be cooking up a storm in our kitchen and we will be serving his features starting at 11am on Sunday.
Final menu will be confirmed this afternoon but there are going to be delicious options for chicken and beef.

Yay for community and trying something new!

Today is the day!!! Chef Saeed is busy with last minute prep and our kitchen smells AMAZING!!!

A Khartoum experience! From 11-4 today.
Saeed has prepared his phenomenal Nubian inspired meals and we know you are going to love these flavours.

Saeed is student at the local NSCC campus and we have been getting to know him over the past several months. He brought us some of his marvelous marinades to try and we were blown away. Saeed has a brilliant palate and his unique, fruit-based marinades will be available for sale today alongside his meal offerings.

Welcome to the kitchen, chef!

In addition to delectable treats, we also have the terrific Jude Pelley joining us for some fine folks tunes and traditional strumming at 2pm. Jude is a local legend, playing around the province and across the country over the past two or so decades, his velvety voice and skilled picking will have you tapping your toes and humming along.

It's going to be a great day! Can't wait to see you!
