Marketing Monday Folks!! We may not be able to do anything about the roller coast ride of Spring weather, or the crazy prices at the pumps but we can promise to always have a variety of farm fresh food available for purchase on farm or delivery to select locations. Our store is open on the farm week days from 11-4 or you can message me and set up a time outside those hours if need be. We are even toying with the idea of having coffee available to help perk you up. You just never know what you will find! We would love to see you!

Today's product highlight is a family favourite, right up there with a steak. Our kids love BBQ'd Pork Chops. We like to add garlic, rosemary, sage and a pinch of salt and then bbq them to a nice medium rare. For your convenience we have 2pk and 4pk size packaging, priced at $7.25/lb. Available for delivery and on farm pick up.

We've got eggs!!! We upgraded our nest boxes this winter to roll-away style and I can't get over how many more eggs make it to the house. No more pets or pests stealing them, no more broken/eaten ones and the only cleaning needed it usually just a moist wipe instead of a full on clean.

It's Marketing Monday!!! Today I want to highlight one of our products for you.

Chicken Soup Kits. These are older hens or not needed roosters that are processed and frozen. There is not a lot of meat on them as they come from our layer flock, but come with the neck and heart, and make a great pot of soup. Right now, mention this post when ordering and they are on sale for $10. (Reg $13)

Pastured Pork, pork like it's meant to taste!!!

How many of you know the value of Pork Leaf Fat...aka Lard? It is amazing to cook with, makes delicious pastry and (depending on what you are cooking) can be used a substitute for butter in your pan. If you know it and love it than I have it for you. Limited Qty, 5lb packs of unrendered Pork Leaf Fat @ $12 each. If interested let me know.

We also have a great selection of Pork Roasts, Cutlets, Pork Chops (2pk and 4pk) as well as ribs and ground. Prices per cut range between $5.50 & $8 per pound depending on cut.
