Custom inspected meat processing (no carcasses), minimum 50 lbs. of combined raw product.
As many of you know, I have a permitted meat operation out of the Lougheed Community Hall All of my equipment's parked there, and we're adding more capabilities every month.
My preference is for simpler preparations that can be done in a single day, although I'll happily do curing and smoking, etc. in larger quantities.
Pricing is dependent on product volume and type. I have my base rates, but I've gotta pay rent somehow!
