For those thinking ahead to the 2025 growing season… just a quick message from us here at Fred’s Pumpkin Stand (Ponderosa).
Well it’s that time of year that we look ahead to the next spring planting season with anticipation of which seeds to choose from the catalog. This year will be different for us here on the farm… As we look to downsize our gardens, reduce our workload and enjoy some retirement time we’ve come to a decision.
This year we will not be placing our stands up for fall sales. Although it has brought many years of happiness, new friends and great memories it is a decision that we must make.
We thank you and your families for all of the support shown over years past. Sharing your love for fall decorating, weddings, baking, and so much more.
From our family to yours we wish you all the best and happy growing in 2025.
Now remember, our journey started with a couple packets of gourd and pumpkin seeds selling off the back of an old pickup truck! 😉
