Oh my COD!! High Liner Match Day is finally here!

The ultimate Canada Day BBQ menu is here! 🔥🍔🍤

This year’s BBQ spread features two flavour-packed High Liner favourites that are not only incredibly delicious but also good sources of protein:

✨ High Liner Pan-Sear Selects Mediterranean Salmon Fillets – made with wild-caught salmon and seasoned with Mediterranean-inspired herbs and spices.

✨ High Liner Coconut Butterfly Shrimp – crispy, golden, and loaded with tropical flavour.

For the salmon burgers:

Cook the salmon fillets on the BBQ according to package directions.

Lightly toast brioche buns on the grill.

Layer each bun with tzatziki, thinly sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and a cooked salmon fillet.

Serve and enjoy!

For the mango salsa:
🥭 2 ripe mangoes, diced
🌿 ¼ cup chopped cilantro
🍋 Juice of 1 lime
🌶️ Optional: 1 finely diced jalapeño

Mix everything together and let it sit for 10–15 minutes for the flavours to come together. Serve the crispy Coconut Butterfly Shrimp over top or alongside for the perfect sweet-and-savory bite.

Give Dad something a little extra this Father’s Day 🦐🔥

These crostini are layered with crispy High Liner Jumbo Popcorn Shrimp, creamy herbed goat cheese, and a sweet + spicy hot honey chili crisp-bringing the perfect mix of crunchy, creamy, sweet, and heat in every bite.

INGREDIENTS
1 Box of High Liner Jumbo Popcorn Shrimp
1 baguette, sliced
Olive oil
Sea salt

Goat Cheese Mixture:
1 ¼ cups goat cheese
½ tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sea salt

Hot Honey Chili Crisp:
6 tbsp honey
1 ½ tbsp chili crisp
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Toast the crostini
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the baguette into rounds, brush lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.

Step 2: Make the goat cheese mixture
In a bowl, combine goat cheese, thyme, oregano, honey, and sea salt. Using a hand mixer or food processor, whip for 3–4 minutes until smooth, creamy, and spreadable.

Step 3: Prepare the hot honey chili crisp
In a small bowl, mix honey, chili crisp, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Step 4: Cook the shrimp

Cook High Liner Jumbo Popcorn Shrimp according to package directions until golden and crispy.
Air fryer: 400°F for approximately 7 minutes

Step 5: Assemble
Spread or pipe the whipped goat cheese onto each crostini. Top with one crispy shrimp, drizzle with hot honey chili crisp, and finish with fresh thyme.

Serve warm and enjoy-perfect for sharing, or letting Dad keep them all to himself 😉
