This week at Wildewoods 🌿
The Bakehouse is stocked this week with our Classic Rustic Boule, Country Harvest Boule, soft Farmhouse Loaf, and fresh Banana Bread.
Out on the farm, the hens are keeping us supplied with eggs, the zucchini is coming in green and golden, the first garlic has been pulled and cured, and our new-season onions are freshly harvested and hanging to dry.
And from the garden, we’re adding fresh-cut kale, bundles of lavender, flat-leaf parsley, and two kinds of cucumbers - big burpless cucumbers for slicing and smaller pickling cucumbers for… well, pickles.
There’s another little change this week too:
**Bread reservations are officially open.**
If you know you want a boule or Farmhouse Loaf, send us a message and we’ll set one aside for you rather than leaving it to chance at the stand.
And soon, we’re going to start opening a small number of **special bake requests**.
That might mean asking for an extra loaf on bake day, requesting something we’ve made before, or telling us what you’d love to see come out of the Wildewoods Bakehouse next.
We’re still keeping things small, seasonal, and made here - but we’d like the Bakehouse to become a little more responsive to the people actually stopping by and eating the food.
For now, everything on this week’s menu is available while supplies last.
