🇬🇷 Traditional Greek Pappardelle + an easy dinner idea! 🍝

If you’ve never cooked with pappardelle, you’re in for a treat. These beautiful, extra-wide ribbons of pasta have a broad surface and hearty texture that makes them perfect for grabbing onto rich sauces — every bite gets plenty of flavour.

Our Andritsaina Pappardelle is a traditional pasta made in Greece from durum wheat semolina, with simple ingredients and no preservatives. 🇬🇷

And what should you make with it? Try this:

🍅 Creamy Tomato & Feta Pappardelle

Sauté 2 cloves of garlic in 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Add 2 cups crushed tomatoes, ½ tsp oregano, salt and pepper, and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Cook the pappardelle until al dente, reserving a little pasta water. Toss the pasta into the tomato sauce with a splash of pasta water, then finish with crumbled Greek feta, fresh basil or parsley and a drizzle of EVOO.

Simple ingredients. BIG flavour. ❤️
