Dear Community Members and Supporters,
You are cordially invited to attend our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Organization: Matheson & District Agricultural Society
🗓️ Date: Wed Jan 28th, 2026
⏰ Time: 7 PM
🏡 Venue: Floyd Hembruff Civic Centre (Curling Club / Fall Fair Grounds)
📍Location: 387 Hwy 11, Matheson

As we look ahead, our organization is focused on growing our membership, strengthening community connections, and expanding future community events. The AGM is an important opportunity to reflect on the past year, learn more about our activities, and share ideas that will help guide our direction moving forward.
This meeting is open to everyone, and we warmly welcome both current and prospective members to attend. Community involvement is at the heart of what we do, and there are many ways to support our organization—whether by becoming a member, sharing ideas, volunteering when you are able, or taking on a leadership role.
Please note those eligible to vote at the AGM must have been a member of the Society during the previous year and who has paid a membership fee for the current year (paid by Dec 1, 2025) and who has attained the age of 18 years.

If you are interested in becoming a member or have questions about your membership status, please contact us prior to the meeting.

Matheson Fall Fair Awards Night – October 25th
Did you win a ribbon at the 2025 Matheson Fall Fair? Join us for Awards Night to celebrate and collect your prize winnings!
📌 Details:
• Potluck drop-off: 5:00–6:00 pm
• Dinner: 6:00 pm
• Awards Presentation: Following the meal
Family, friends, exhibitors, market vendors, and volunteers are all invited to share in the celebration.
Can’t make it? No worries—your prize cheque will be mailed to the address we have on file after the banquet.
