One of the most enjoyable parts of training a new staff member, for me, is having them help build a brand-new display! Kersten and I worked on this one together, but she took the lead—and didn’t she do such a beautiful job?! 🥹✨

It took quite a while for all the layers, textures and warm autumn colours to find their place, but the finished display is absolutely stunning.

The table is overflowing with Wax & Fire candles, Lake & Oak teas, beautiful soaps and all the warm, cozy scents of the season. We even created a little tea-smelling bar so you can sniff the blends before choosing your favourite! 🫖🕯️

It feels abundant, collected, cozy and unmistakably fall. We’re completely in love with how it all came together! 🍂🤎

We may be starting September one day behind due to some unexpected sewer line repairs, but we are 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆, 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 to share that the line has now been repaired! What a relief. 🙌

We look forward to welcoming everyone back on 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝗻𝗱, as we officially kick off the fall season at Abundant Living! We can’t wait to see you. 🤎

𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟯𝟭 — 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗘𝗦…

Thirty-one days. Thirty-one chapters. Fifteen years.

And one very grateful shopkeeper. ❤️

When I started Abundant Living in my living room all those years ago, I could never have imagined where this little business would take me.

There have been so many twists and turns along the way. So much learning. So much growing. So many people who have become part of the story.

And somehow, here we are.

Thank you for spending this month looking back with me. And more importantly, thank you for being part of the reason there was a story worth telling in the first place.

Every purchase, every recommendation, every encouraging word, every smoothie, every bar of soap, every visit through our doors — it all mattered.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀. ❤️

And now, after 31 days of looking backward, it’s time to look forward.

There is still so much ahead of us, and I’m incredibly excited to see where this next chapter takes Abundant Living.

Because if these first fifteen years have taught me anything, it’s this:
