Available in-house or to go.

Two 6” corn tortillas loaded with tender braised beef, jalapeño balsamic pico de gallo, chipotle crema, and fresh cilantro. Finished with red onions, ripe tomatoes, Garlic EVOO, and Smokin’ Guns sea salt for a taco that’s messy in the best possible way.

Safe to say… these might be some of the best tacos we’ve tasted lately. 🔥

As we move into spring, we’re making a small shift to our weekly rhythm at The Olive Tap.

We’ll now be closed Sundays & Mondays, with updated hours through the week:

Tuesday – Friday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 11 AM – 4 PM

Our kitchen will continue to serve 11 AM – 4 PM, Tuesday through Saturday 🍽️

This creamy based salad features our NEW Garlic & Chive White Balsamic Vinegar and is made with our Olivewood Smoked infused EVOO and Garlic infused EVOO. With plenty of hardy potatoes, green chives and corn the finishing Applewood Smoked Pepper shines on top.
