"Grabby Greta" is a nickname my mother gave to me at a very young age, because if you had something that I wanted (apparently) I didn't hesitate to grab it from you! My Nan, was heavy into ceramics, both creating and painting; and my Mum always
voiced her disbelief that I 'never' ever broke anything that I grabbed--but that if it wasn't nailed down--Grabby Greta was going grab it and check it out! It was a name that stuck and eventually became just 'Greta.'
In honor of my Mum who sadly, passed away November 5th, 2016 from a short battle with Cancer--and those memorable 'Grabby Greta' years, I have aptly named this little venture, 'Grabby Greta's." At Grabby Greta's we will strive for excellence in Customer Service and 100% Product Satisfaction. I have selected what I believe to be only the finest quality, locally sourced products and I can't wait to share them with you! We will provide light catering for events such as board meetings, home/office parties and other small events that require light snacks! Some of the products we will offer are Specialty meats such as Boar, Bison, Venison, Kangaroo and Water Buffalo Salami and wide variety of Cheeses to choose from! We will also offer smoked fish, fresh from
Métis Fish Market! Your choice of Arctic Char, Salmon, Whitefish, Lake Trout, Steelhead, and Rainbow Trout! All smoked by owner, Shawn Zurawski! Customize your catering needs, with a variety of different presentations such as Charcuterie boards for an earthy, artisan vibe, or keep it simple with our large or small catering trays!
