Well… we tried this ranching thing with two cows of our own.

After months of fattening them up—and a couple of determined escape attempts—they’ve officially made it to the cooler.

Freezer’s about to be full, and our family’s set for the year.

There were lots of guesses about what this machine was — and although it’s not a bingo number picker (we know, disappointing 😅), it’s actually a sausage linker!

This little gadget is going to speed up our workday and allow us to make even more sausages.

A little business update…

And yes, we know it might seem like this is the only kind of content we post lately — but being busy is a good problem to have! 😅

We’re currently fully booked for custom beef orders until July.

For the time being, emergency harvests will only be accepted for our current customers.
