Now as for this hen. 🐓 I’m sure she was my broody hen that hatched 8 chicks. Sadly only one is left after two had lasted so long free ranging.
I think she’s hiding them now 😂🤦‍♀️ Next year I’ll have a great set up for her and her babies, so she doesn’t feel the need to find a hideout! 🪵🌳

I don’t think I have any yellow or orange ones in this bunch. I can almost smell my moms tomato sauce! 💙🥫
What I wouldn’t do to be back with her, eating a bowl of her sauce, like it’s soup!!! That was one of the best smells, that filled the house, after she was making something! 🪵🌳
