These beauties are hitting my canner today!! There is nothing like the taste of a Okanagan sun kissed Roma tomato 🍅, local red Russian garlic and fresh basil!! This makes the best home made marinara sauce.

I have grown all the tomatoes for the salsa thus far, jalapeños and most of the green peppers .
So freaking proud of myself. I feel like this is a true work of art. You can taste the difference honestly made makes 💪🏼🤟🏼

This year I decided to do something new and learn more about my craft. Enhance my passion of pickles if you may lol

It’s one thing to be able to purchase the best pickling cukes… but I wanted to know if I could grow them. So planted myself a little patch of cukes and I am pleasantly surprised! These were a little plumper then planned but man were they delicious 😍

Just look at this incredible local garlic from Lepp Farm Market that goes in every jar of Bullets and Brine pickles!!
It’s stunning, beautiful and bursting with flavour.
It’s definitely one of a few reasons mypickles have you coming back for more 😍

Today was a big DILL!! The pickling has commenced for the season🥰 these cukes are crisp, juicy and full of Fraser valley flavour!! I cannot wait to try one when they are ready 😛

Testing out a new batch of peppered slicers… As nana-aka “the polish pickle master” teaches me some new tricks…

Stay tuned, these babies are becoming a peppery sandwhich slicer!!
It had me coming back for more, a slice of aged cheddar and a wh***ey ham 🤤
