Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti
1/3 cup Phoeapolis Organics EVOO
6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon zest (optional)

Instructions:

Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat

Add sliced garlic and cook until golden. Be careful not to burn it

Add red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds

Add drained pasta and 1/2 cup of pasta water

Toss well, adding more pasta water if needed

2 cups mixed greens

Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
