Some evenings just hit different.

Last week we had the chance to be part of something really special, a one-night-only dinner at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto where Chef Daniel Boulud and Chef Guillaume Galliot of Caprice Hong Kong came together for six courses that honestly left us speechless. Three Michelin stars, eight years running, and you feel every single one of them at the table.

The food was stunning. A pea velouté with Kristal caviar from that set the tone immediately, and a framboise-rhubarbe dessert that closed the night in the most elegant way possible. French technique, global soul, every plate felt like a conversation between two people who genuinely love what they do.

What made it even better was sharing the table with Karin Nebot and David Macouin from people who bring that same level of intentionality to everything they touch. That kind of energy is rare, and we don’t take it for granted.

Grateful for evenings like this. They remind us exactly why we care so much about what we do 🤍
