I am inviting you to a special Pierogi Night - hands on cooking experience where we gather at our beloved local to learn the art of traditional pierogi dish.

During the evening we will
mix and roll the perfect pierogi dough
learn several filling recipes
practice different folding techniques

And when the work is done , the best part begins …
We sit down together and enjoy homemade supper .

It’s cozy, fun evening for food lovers , curious cooks and anyone who wants a different kind of night out .

No experience needed . Bring your appetite .

Je vous invite à une soirée spéciale Pierogi Night – une expérience culinaire participative où nous nous réunirons dans notre cher café local pour apprendre l’art de préparer des pierogis traditionelles.

Au cours de la soirée, nous allons :
mélanger et étaler la pâte parfaite
apprendre plusieurs recettes de garnitures
pratiquer différentes techniques de pliage

Et une fois le travail terminé, la meilleure partie commence…
Nous nous installerons ensemble pour savourer un souper maison.
C’est une soirée chaleureuse et amusante pour les amoureux de la cuisine, les cuisiniers curieux et tous ceux qui souhaitent passer une soirée différente.

Aucune expérience requise. Apportez simplement votre appétit.

As the seasons shift, so must we!

After 7 years of rigorous work we have decided that the time has come to take a break from our cherished cafe space.
While the walls of this space have witnessed countless moments of joy, connection, and community, we believe that change is often the spark for growth and reinvention.

The pause is not an end—it’s an opportunity to regain our focus, reimagine, to explore new horizons, and to create something even more meaningful in a different settings.

To each of you who has shared a coffee, platter of pierogi, a conversation, or a moment with us: thank you!
Your support has been the foundation of our journey, and it will inspire our next projects.

That being said , January is the last month of .mtl in our current location , so don’t be shy to stop by say hello and stock up on your pierogies.
