Please remember:

❌ We will NEVER communicate with our vendors through a Gmail account.
❌ We will never send an application from a random Gmail address or unfamiliar email account.

✅ All official Morinville Farmers Market communication comes through our official Morinville Chamber domain.
✅ Our vendor application form is sent through the Morinville Chamber domain that we own and control.

If you ever receive an email or message and you aren't sure whether it is actually from us, PLEASE ASK!

📞 You can call the Morinville Chamber office or contact us via email [email protected] to verify whether a message or application is legitimate.

We would much rather have you call and ask than accidentally click on a fraudulent link or provide information to a scammer.

The email shown in the attached photos is NOT associated with the Morinville Farmers’ Market or the Morinville & District Chamber of Commerce.

Please remember:

❌ Do NOT send money, applications, or personal information to anyone claiming to represent our markets unless you have verified them with us.

✅ All official market email communication will come through:

✅ Serena Brenneis is the ONLY Market Manager handling vendor applications, approvals, invoicing, and communication for our markets.

If you receive an email, Facebook message, comment, or application link and you are unsure whether it is legitimate, please do not respond or send payment. Email [email protected] and I will verify it for you.
