Parantha Sunday continues to evolve, and we wanted to share some photos with a clear breakdown of our offerings.

We are now infusing our Parantha dough with either fresh beetroot or spinach, adding flavour depth as well as a brilliant colour profile.

We also wanted to prominently display the two fillings - on the left you can clearly see the Gobi (Cauliflower) filling and on the right is some of the Aloo-Pyaaz (Potato-Onion) filling. SPECIAL NOTE: This Sunday, we will be added a third option - Paneer (Cheese)!

When you order your Parantha this Sunday, you can indicate which dough you would like - Beet, Spinach or Regular - and which filling - Aloo-Pyaaz (Potato-Onion), Gobi (Cauliflower), or Paneer (Cheese)!

Our special includes a cup of Masala Chai to wash it down with, which generally comes with regular milk but can be ordered with non-dairy milk alternatives like almond or oat milk.

We are back on our Sunday Parantha hustle this weekend 🤤

Amongst our everyday hot kitchen items (burgers, wraps, wings, fries & more), we'll also be serving up freshly made Gobi (Cauliflower) and Aloo Pyaaz (Potato Onion) Parantha from open (10am) to close (6pm) - we'll even deliver, just give us a call!

Paired with a Masala Chai (dairy or non) plus a serving of our house-made coriander chutney - drop by Rosemont Market on Sunday for an extraordinarily authentic Indian culinary experience 🇮🇳

We we are switching up our Parantha Sunday special for one week to offer something different, and are inviting you to bring your Mother so that we may cover her meal:

• Chickpea Curry
• Puri (Fried Bread)
• Kheer (Saffron Rice Pudding)

Parantha & Chai Sundays have become quite popular with the neighbourhood and throughout Nelson - indeed, it's worth the trip across town 🚗💨

This Sunday we are adding a new option - the Gobi (Cauliflower) Parantha, alongside our established Aloo Pyaaz (Potato Onion) Parantha. Each Parantha is subtly spiced with additions like curry leaf plus cumin, fenugreek and fennel seeds to add warmth and context, without being overpowering.

Last weekend we prepared a coriander chutney, and each week we will offer a unique preparation to accompany the Parantha. Our Masala Chai (with milk or oat/almond) is a very important part of the experience, intended to wash the Parantha down and create a superb flavour combination ☕️

Also - don't forget! We now offer delivery anywhere in the neighbourhood and beyond. So we could even deliver Parantha straight to your door this Sunday, if you so wished - just give us a call to arrange ☎️

A very successful Parantha Sunday! We were pleased to see so many smiles and so much enjoyment of our Aloo Parantha & Masala Chai 😋

this Monday October 13! We are hosting another community lunch buffet at KTK Masala Shop - and this time it will be a strictly plant-based affair!

It's back! We are hosting another community lunch buffet over Thanksgiving weekend - and this time we are going to make it vegan 🌱

Similarly to how we do each and every Wednesday at KTK Masala, we'll be offering a full spread of traditional South Indian cuisine that is strictly plant-based. Except this coming Monday October 13 (Thanksgiving Monday), it will be free to everyone who is able to join us!

Our patio will be open, and additional indoor seating will be made available around the corner at our Kootenay Tamil Kitchen, rain or shine.
