Good Morning!

It’s our last 2 days before we close our shop doors until next November!

Our holiday stock is very limited. There are still spices for your cider, bags of bread flour for your holiday cinnamon buns, popcorn for popping (isn’t that a Christmas song?) and tea for steeping with your feet up after the chaos.

We appreciate the kind words and fun memories you have shared with us. We look forward to focusing our energy on the food prep side of our business and are excited for your weddings, anniversaries and birthdays! (And of “course”, golf)

We will be back next November - creating the Christmasyest (new word!) Pop Up of them all!

I’ve added a couple of extra days to my regular ones for last minute Christmas purchases before I close. My remaining hours are:

Friday - 10-5 (Today, Weather permitting)
Saturday - 10-2

Monday - 10-5
Tuesday- 10-5. And then that’s it until next November.

Good morning!

If you’ve been in lately, you’ve probably heard the news. We have decided to focus our efforts on The Market Catering and as such will be closing The Pantry location after Christmas.

What does that mean? Lots of things - but specifically that we won’t have store hours. We are going to reopen for Holiday pop ups, but that’s a long ways off!

Until them - we have HOLIDAY HOURS!!

Tuesday (16th) 10-5
Wednesday. 10-5
Thursday. 10-5
Friday. 10-5
Saturday 10-2

Monday 10-5
Tuesday. 10-5

And then that’s it!

We reopened because we missed you! Unfortunately we cannot be in two places at once. I’m looking forward to a Fancy Holiday Season next year, but also a busy golf and party season in 2026. We can be reached for catering requests on this page or through the Haileybury Golf Club.

I’m concerned!!!

Merckens chocolate wafers are unavailable this season. I have a small amount of white remaining, but that is all for the season. The factory has had an issue. I swear it wasn’t me!

This is no fun, for any of us. It’s time to pull out the old recipes or to learn something new!
