Gail's Gourmet Jams utilizes only the finest locally grown* produce and wines. Each spread is made from scratch. Our target audience is discerning individuals wishing to "TREAT YOUR TASTE BUDS". Our kitchen is inspected and approved by the Niagara Regional Health Department.
