With Father's Day coming up, we know some of you are looking for that perfect gift for one or more father figure in your lives. Do you have a dad that loves supporting small local businesses, is a bit of a foodie and likes to fish? A few vendors are putting together French River Market Father's Day gift baskets. They will include products from Northwestbay Tackle, The Ugly Barn Farm, LB Woodworking (Laurie Bissonette), On The Edge Printhouse and La Belle Vie Farm.

$30 for a basket with a fishing lure, mushroom seasoning, a wooden coaster or wooden spoon and BBQ sauce

$50 for a basket with all of that and an On the Edge BBQ themed t-shirt.

You can message this page directly if you would like to pre-order a basket. Limited quantities available this Saturday (and maybe next Saturday if we don't sell out!)

Join us on Saturday, July 25 as the French River Marché/Market Christmas in July transforms into a festive summer celebration filled with holiday cheer, local shopping, and community fun!

🎅 We're inviting vendors, businesses, organizations, and community groups to join in the fun by adding a little Christmas spirit to their booths:

🍪 Festive treats

🎅 Santa hats, ugly Christmas shirts, and festive outfits

💚 THANK YOU, FRENCH RIVER! 💚

Despite the rain clouds and umbrellas, our first market of the season was a wonderful success! ☔🌿

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to support the French River Marché/Market — our amazing vendors, volunteers, community partners, and every visitor who stopped by to shop local and spend part of their Saturday with us.

A special thank you goes out to our vendors who braved the weather, set up their booths, and helped make opening day such a welcoming and vibrant community event. Your dedication and enthusiasm are what make this market so special ❤️

We'd also like to thank the French River Horticultural Society for their annual plant sale and the Sudbury East Chamber of Commerce for joining us on opening day.

Now we're looking ahead to next Saturday, June 13! 🌞

We're hoping Mother Nature gives us a little more sunshine and a little less rain, but one thing is certain — we'll be back with more local shopping, friendly faces, and community spirit.

Thank you for supporting local businesses, local makers, and local growers.
