We are thrilled to introduce PASTILA is a new format!

One thing we have been hearing over and over form our loyal fans was desire for a smaller size package. The “snack portion” for lunch boxes, on the go snack, convenient and, to be frank, less damaging for the wallet!

We now offer custom order PASTILAs and fruit chips in sealable pouches!

The zip lock helps preserve freshness even longer!

This may be an idea for your birthday party bags, thank you gift, snack during a long trip, flights etc etc.

This berry may be well known to some and completely knew to others. It is native to colder climates, like Northern Europe and Russia. In Canada it grows wild as well as on farms. The sea buckthorn has been used for thousands of years, as food and for skin treatments. In modern times the properties have been scientifically researched to confirm that the Sea Buckthorn is rich in many essential nutrients, too many “to boast” about.
 
Benefits:
* Let’s just mention one fact that the berries have one of the highest vitamin C concentrations. In fact, they have 3x higher vitamin C than oranges and much higher than other super berries in addition,
* They are also rich in essential amino acids and antioxidants.
 
How it tastes:
* Intense tangy and citrusy taste – something hard to describe unless you try it. Those who acquired the taste will probably agree that it is “unforgettable”.
* The sea buckthorn pastila is on the “more sour side” of flavors, in the same category as cranberry pastila.
* We do not remove seeds. They are source of valuable nutrients!
 
How we make it:
* We add apples and non pasteurized Canadian honey for a more balanced taste
* On request, we make this pastila without honey
* The fresh fruit pure is slowly dried at the low temperature to preserve the benefits!

We use Canadian honey in some of our pastilas, for example the sea buckthorn rolls.. For this order the client requested honey-free pastilas!

We made this fun polka dot pastila box!

Pure fruit and berries pastilas in this box: black currant, raspberries, cranberries, sea buckthorn and polka dot berries 😀 (cranberries and black currant).

Kids do not like to eat crispy raw apples? No problem!

Those delicious crispy apples are hiding behind our apple fruit rolls! We turn raw apples into a smoothy and gently dry it at a low temperature to save as many enzymes and vitamins as possible.

You will not need to convince your kids to try the apple ( rolls 😄), they will ask for more, guaranteed!

1/2 circle is $4.50. Add seeds or nut of your liking for extra flavour 💚. DM for customs orders!
